So my lady and I decided about May of 2007 that after we move into our apartment we would look into getting a house. Well a year has almost gone buy and it is time to make a decision. We Did! We have been looking at houses for the longest time and found a Realtor Joann who is just the best! A one day trip her and we found the perfect house. a Brand New D.R. Horton home in Converse, Tx. 2500sqft, 4 bedrooms, a Game Room/Media Room, 2 car garage, big walk-in closets, Big backyard, French doors, to many to add. This is a big step forward in our lives and hope for all the best. We should be able to close June 30th, 2009. It is good especially now to be a first time home buyer. Incentives are Great!
